PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. ITeconomy.com herein referred to as "we" or "us" or “Site”, provides on-line financial information, data, reports, lectures, articles, specialized IT related research, analysis of the economic development of numerous world economies with special focus on the United States and Japan, on-line training programs and other sources of information (herein referred to as “Our services”) to registered and authorized users. Use of any and all information provided by this Site, in text, graphs, audio, electronic or any other form, both tangible and intangible (herein referred to as “Material”) or access to any information developed in the form of alterations or extensions of this Site are subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. By using any of Our Services or material, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Failure to agree to these terms revokes permission to access this Site and use of Our Services and/or Material is not permitted.


This Agreement is made between ITeconomy.com and you, the user of this site. Unless an alternative written or legal arrangement is made between you and ITeconomy.com, or an amendment specific to a certain aspect is determined and agreed upon, this agreement shall be binding between ITeconomy.com and you.




Membership

To have access to our Site, you must be or become a member. When and if you register to become a member, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the appropriate registration form, and (b) to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You acknowledge that, if any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we may terminate this Agreement and your use of the Site. You may terminate your membership at any time, but are required to notify us of your decision via email at client@iteconomy.com.


Registration

As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a username and password. We may refuse to grant you a username that impersonates someone else, is or may be illegal, is or may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights law, or may cause confusion, or for any other reason, as determined by us in our sole discretion. You agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to our Site to any third party. If you subscribe to our Site and you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, you must promptly change your password by updating your account information, and immediately notify us by emailing us at client@iteconomy.com. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD AND FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING PURCHASES) THAT ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT.


Amendments to Terms Of Agreement

We reserve the right to amend or change the terms and conditions of this agreement and to alter, eliminate or discontinue any material or aspect or construct or content of our services. Changes to this agreement will be posted on the Site for a period of 15 days. After such period of time, changes will become fully effective, and your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to the terms of use, and you will be required to comply with its contents. Should you decide not to comply with the amended Agreement, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately, and notice of your decision to terminate membership must be sent via email to client@iteconomy.com.


Fees

As stated before, you may terminate your membership at any time. However, your membership fee for this Site will not be refunded in full or retroactively at any point in time during the period of service after you agree to the terms of use or at such time as you terminate your membership. Also, agreement to these terms confirms your understanding that your membership will be automatically renewed at the end of the period of service and the membership fee standing at the time will be charged to the payment information you provided at the time of registration or to new payment information provided or updated by you. It is recommended that you submit notice of changes to registration via email at client@iteconomy.com.

We reserve the right to change fees, surcharges, monthly or other periodic subscription fees or to institute new fees at any time as provided in this Agreement. Changes to fees and/or surcharges will be announced for a period of 15 days on the Site. After that period of time, failure to terminate your membership implies consent to the new fees.


Access

You may access this Agreement at any time by logging on to the Site.

Access to and use of the Site is subject to all applicable U.S. (federal, state and local) and non-U.S. laws and regulations. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Site.

If you are not at least 13 years old, you are not permitted to access this Site.


Code of Conduct

While using the Site you agree not to:

Restrict or inhibit any other visitor or member from using the Site, including, without limitation, by means of "hacking" or "cracking" or defacing any portion of any of this Site;

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful manner;

Express or imply that any statements you make in any forum or publication are endorsed by us, without our prior written consent;

Infringe on our intellectual property or those of contributors to the Site or other rights; including any material, non-public information about any person or company referenced in this Site without the authorization to do so;

Advertise, solicit, or initiate chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities, or other unsolicited commercial communication with our Site (except as otherwise expressly permitted by us);

Transmit any software or other materials that contain any virus, worm, time bomb, Trojan horse, or other harmful or disruptive component;

Modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of any of this Site;

Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in this Site;

"Frame" or "mirror" any part of the Site without our prior written authorization;

or use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine," or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of this Site or its contents;

Harvest or collect information about Site visitors or members without their express consent;

Permit anyone else to use any of the Site through your subscription, username or password.


Copyrights, Trademarks and Limitations on Use

The information available through the Service is the property of ITeconomy.com, or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Information received through the Service may be displayed, reformatted and printed for User's personal, non-commercial use only. User may not reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate the information received through the Service to anyone, including but not limited to others in the same company or organization, without the express prior written consent of ITeconomy.com.

The trademarks and service marks ("Marks") used on this Site are owned or used under license by ITeconomy.com. Users may not use any Mark without the written permission of ITeconomy.com.

ALL REPORTS, MANUALS, OTHER PUBLICATIONS AND/OR SERVICES, AND ALL RESEARCH, ANALYSIS AND DATA THEREIN CONTAINED (COLLECTIVELY, "MATERIAL"), FURNISHED BY ITECONOMY.COM PURSUANT TO THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT ARE COPYRIGHTED IN THE NAME OF ITECONOMY.COM AND ARE SO FURNISHED AT SUBSCRIBER'S REQUEST AND ONLY FOR SUBSCRIBER'S USE. NO INFORMATION SO FURNISHED MAY BE COPIED OR OTHERWISE REPRODUCED, REPACKAGED, FURTHER TRANSMITTED, TRANSFERRED, DISSEMINATED, DISTRIBUTED, REDISTRIBUTED, SOLD, RESOLD, LEASED, RENTED, LICENSED, SUBLICENSED, ALTERED, MODIFIED, ADAPTED, OR STORED FOR SUBSEQUENT USE FOR ANY SUCH PURPOSE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, IN ANY FORM OR MANNER OR BY ANY MEANS WHATSOEVER, BY SUBSCRIBER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY, WITHOUT ITECONOMY.COM'S PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT.

The Service includes facts, views, opinions and recommendations of individuals and organizations deemed of interest. ITeconomy.com is committed to providing their members with the most current, accurate and authoritative information, but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of these views, opinions or recommendations.


Communications

We reserve the right to send you electronic mail for the purpose of informing you of changes or additions to the Site.


Investment Advice

The Service does not give investment advice, or advocate the purchase or sale of any security or investment. Any investment information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only.


Claims of Copyright Infringement

Submissions and Postings

Violation of Terms and Conditions

ITeconomy.com reserves the right to seek any and all remedies available to it to address violations of these Terms and Conditions without advance notice to Users, including without limitation, blocking or limiting access to the Service. ITeconomy.com also reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions.


Disputes and Governing Law

The laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles, shall govern any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions, or your visit to our Site or use of the Service. The federal and state courts of the State of New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such disputes. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or otherwise unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be unaffected. The Terms & Conditions is the entire agreement and understanding between ITeconomy.com and you concerning the furnishing of and use of the Service to and by you and supercedes any and all prior understandings or agreements.
